The primary goal of AVIVA PILATES is to create custom programs and innovative classes tailored to each individual. The programs below are designed to ensure the best possible results for your particular needs!
In this class, you will learn how to achieve a total body workout emphasizing your “core” in each move that you do. We use specialized equipment called the Reformer and incorporating the Mat fundamentals. You will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time. This class is perfect for a beginner or someone who wants to deepen their knowledge and form in their current routine.
In this fast pace intermediate workout, we incorporate the Pilates ring, small weights, bands, blocks, stability fit ball, stability cushions and small balls into your workout. The goal is to ensure a fun new workout in each class.
Transform the Pilates Reformer into a cardio exercises class. This class incorporates the Stott Pilates “Tramp” which allows you to “Jump” laying on your back, side and even on all fours. This class gives Pilates exercises an entirely new feel that will challenge your body in new and different ways.
In this class, you will begin with a warm-up, then a sequence of upper-body exercises. Next, you will use the ballet barre and your body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles. We include resistance bands and balls to challenge the work to build strength, balance and flexibility and ending with a soothing stretch to cool down.
In this hybrid workout class, we combine classical ballet positions and inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. You will fine-tune your body and sculpt every muscle. We finish with a soothing stretch to cool down, no need for previous dance experience.
Wake up and move your body! A morning workout is a fantastic way to start your day. You will use mat and reformer exercises to lengthen and strengthen your body while building a stronger core and improving posture. Working out early in the morning will give you more energy, less stress and put you in a great mood to start your day!
End your week with a fabulous PILATES workout incorporating a variety of Pilates exercises, dance moves and complimentary prosecco. Start your weekend right with this fun mix of exercise, dance and drinks!
After surgury our special trained PT Pilates instructor will help you recover. Using the equipment for your rehab needs this workout will drastically improve flexibility and muscle strength; additionally, learning how to emphasize your core thoughout the session.
PRO ATHLETE PILATES
This Pilates workout is specifically for those who want to improve their performance on the field. From agility to burst, strengthening your core greatly improves performance. With that in mind, this workout uses custom designed techniques specifically to benefit athletes looking for an edge.

PRE/POST NATAL PILATES

We also offer corporate group classes for both small and large companies. Along with speciality programs for birthday, bachelorette party along with kids programs on location.
All Group classes must be paid for and booked one hour prior to start time. All Group classes have a 24 hour calculation policy.
