Step 2: Join our mailing list below to inquire about your private lesson. We are conveniently located in Miami Shores.

Please arrive in comfortable workout clothing and avoid eating within one hour of your appointment. For hygiene and safety purposes, we require grip (“sticky”) socks during all sessions. Sticky socks are also available for purchase at the studio for your convenience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
