Step 2, click the link below to book your private lesson. If you have an injury or issue or have not used a Pilates Reformer prior we require you to do a Private lesson before joining a class for your safety and wellbeing.

We are located at 211 NE 98th St. in Downtown Miami Shores.  Our location has conveniently located free parking both in front and behind the studio.  We are located directly next to the Borsalino Coffe Bare that is on the corner of NE 2nd Ave and NE 98th Street.

Please come in comfortable workout clothes and try not to eat one hour before your appointment. We ask you wear “sticky socks” for hygiene and safety protocol. We sell them at the studio for your convivence.

If you need to cancel for any reason please allow enough time as we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
